Let's make equity moves

Introducing Organize 2.0 🫡
Over the next few days, we’ll ship the second release of Organize, powered by Raise.
Organize 2.0 is equity management software designed for African startup teams, helping you make quality decisions about ownership, corporate structure, and financing from launch to liquidity.
The first release exceeded expectations. In 2024, we processed nearly 5% of all African VC deals, onboarding startups with a combined market cap of $500 million.
Over the next quarters, Organize will evolve into an intelligent equity copilot—handling legal work and eventually designing, processing, and settling liquidity solutions for startups, investors, and brokers.
Why did we build Organize 2.0?
Six years ago, we started shipping equity management solutions for African startups, asking: What if we could make African capital markets work for everyone?
Raise was born to build better capital markets where they’re needed most. Africa’s capital markets are the world’s most illiquid, with African VC being the fastest-growing illiquid asset class.
Through thousands of conversations with founders, investors, lawyers, and regulators, we disproved almost every thesis—except one: We need to design our own forms of liquidity. Traditional IPOs, M&As, and secondaries won’t solve Africa’s growing liquidity deficit.
Without new solutions, $36 billion more could enter the ecosystem and get trapped in one of the world’s most illiquid asset classes. Today, less than 5% of African startups will make it to seed to Series A, and only another 5% of those will ever make it to liquidity.
We invested $11b in African fintech and payments products, and it's time to build a layer for securities on top of that.
That’s why we built Organize: to help African startups and investors not just manage their equity, but actually make it work. It’s about making every cap table move—every share, every decision—count for something bigger from launch day to liquidity.
Cap tables are more than spreadsheets. Equity is currency, and Organize is designed to feel that way. It consolidates your cap table, legal, and corporate structures into one place, saving time and money. More importantly, it helps African startups make quality decisions on distributing ownership between investors and employees.
Organize is a partner, not just a tool. Africa’s legal, cultural, and regulatory complexities are deeply embedded in this platform.
Let’s get organized so we can make equity moves.
